Technical parameters (specifications)

(1) Sludge granulation
  ◎The sludge needs to be granulated and then dried
  ◎The granulation adopts the company's special granulator, which has good granulation effect and energy saving
(2) drying plate
  ◎Design pressure: generally 0.4-0.6MPa.
◎Heating medium: steam, hot water, heat-conducting oil, hot water heating at 100℃, 100℃～150℃ saturated steam or superheated steam ≤0.4MPa, 150℃～320℃ heat-conducting oil heating
(3) Sludge conveying system
  ◎ Spindle speed: 1-10 rpm, electromagnetic or frequency conversion stepless speed regulation.
  ◎Rake arms: There are 2-8 rake arms fixed on the main shaft on each drying plate.
  ◎Rake leaf: It is hinged on the rake arm and can keep in contact with the surface of the disk floating up and down. There are many forms.
  ◎Rolling: For the sludge that is easy to agglomerate and needs to be crushed, adding a roller at an appropriate position can enhance the heat transfer and drying process.
(4) The shell has three types: normal pressure, airtight and vacuum
  ◎Normal pressure type: cylinder or octagonal prism type, there are two kinds of structure, integral and split. The main pipeline of the heating medium inlet and outlet can be inside the shell or outside the shell.
  ◎Closed type: cylindrical shell, can withstand 5Kpa internal pressure, heating medium inlet and outlet main pipeline can be inside or outside the shell.
  ◎Vacuum type: Cylindrical shell with a design pressure of 0.1Mpa, and the main pipeline of the heating medium inlet and outlet is inside the shell.
(5) Air heater
  It is generally used when the evaporation capacity is large to enhance the drying efficiency.
