Second, continue to deepen the integration of applications. The industrial Internet technology and mode are closely combined with the production practice, industry characteristics, knowledge and experience of various industries to create a number of typical cases of integration application and drive the formation of a systematic promotion mode. Third, consolidate the foundation of industrial development. It is necessary to focus on the short board of core technology and ability, continue to organize and implement the innovation and development project, strengthen the technological research and key product research and development, and help the industry to make up the short board and forge the long board. Fourth, cultivate and strengthen the industrial ecology. Actively coordinate the resources and forces of all parties, promote the formation of an industrial ecology with multiple subjects and collaborative innovation, and play a good "team game". Local governments should be encouraged to explore development models with their own characteristics in the light of local conditions. Fifth, improve the level of security.
