Molecular sieve dehydration is suitable for natural gas liquid recovery [NGL], natural gas liquefaction [LNG], compressed natural gas [CNG], It is placed in front of the compressor to deeply remove the trace moisture in the natural gas, so that the natural gas will not produce condensed water during the compression process and storage process. The molecular sieve dehydration device ensures the normal operation of the compressor and the natural gas storage, transportation and use process. security.The natural gas dehydration unit adopts the overall skid-mounted type, double tower structure, one tower adsorption, the other tower regeneration. When the natural gas dehydration unit is saturated with adsorption, the two towers are automatically switched, and the two towers are alternately operated, which can work continuously and continuously output pure and dry gas below -50℃~-70;


The natural gas enters from the top of the dehydration tower, and the adsorption and dehydration process is completed in the molecular sieve dehydration tower from top to bottom. After a certain period of time, the dry gas heated to 300°C is used to sweep the molecular sieve bed from bottom to top, and the moisture adsorbed by the molecular sieve is heated and desorbed at high temperature to complete the regeneration process.

The molecular sieve dehydration system can be equipped with a two-tower process of one tower adsorption and one tower regeneration, or a three-tower process of one tower adsorption, one tower regeneration and one tower cooling.
