The Air Compressor adopts M-type reciprocating, four-stage compression. The cooling system of the unit adopts water cooling. Compressor process system

1) Compressor gas circuit system: The function of the gas path system is mainly to guide the gas to the compressor, and then to the place of use after being compressed by the compressor. The gas enters the compressor through the intake filter and is compressed, cooled and separated at various levels, and then sent to the skid side through the check valve and the ball valve; at the same time, the compressor unit is started and stopped at light load by manually venting the ball valve.

2) Compressor cooling system: The compressor cooling method is water cooling. The amount of cooling water can be adjusted through a valve. The size of the adjustment can be determined according to the compressor's discharge temperature. The water volume can be controlled through the water volume adjustment valve to ensure the outlet temperature of the cooling water. In this way, excessive cooling of the cylinder when the machine is idling is avoided, and cooling water is saved. The lubricating oil system is equipped with an oil cooler to ensure that the lubricating oil temperature does not exceed 70°C.

3) Compressor oil circuit system: The motion mechanism (crankshaft, connecting rod, crosshead) of this machine adopts independent oil pump for forced lubrication: oil is supplied to the motion mechanism during the operation of the compressor; The lubricating oil adopts L-DAB150 or L-DAB100 compressor oil, and its quality index should meet the requirements of GB12691. Cylinder and packing lubrication adopts oil-free lubrication.

4) Sewage discharge and emptying system : The sewage system inside the compressor unit uses a ball valve for manual sewage drainage. The sewage points are summarized in the unit and led to the compressor skid edge, which can be led by the user to the skid for centralized treatment. The relief valve of the compressor system is vented on-site in the compressor skid.
