Small waste heat recovery system:

The technology makes use of the low-grade waste heat (80 °C ~ 130 °C) in industrial production to recover and utilize it. Process flow:

The vapor refrigerant (ammonia) is separated from the steam condensing water heating generator, and then evaporates to condense, forming liquid ammonia which is stored temporarily in the buffer tank. After decompression, it is sent into the evaporator for evaporating and absorbing heat,so that the temperature of the refrigerant (glycol aqueous solution) in the tube side of the evaporator is reduced to -20.2. The poor solution resolved by the generator is sent into the absorber to be mixed with the low pressure ammonia gas generated by heat exchange through the evaporator, and reduced to a rich solution, which is pumped to the generator for circulating refrigeration.
