The Compressed air dryer is our new main product. The Compressed air dryer adopts the principle of freezing and dehumidifying, and condenses the gaseous water in the dryer by cooling the Compressed air to a set temperature, then it is separated by a special gas-liquid separator and discharged by a drain to achieve the goal of dehydration.
In modern enterprises, the use of Compressed air is also more and more common, common Compressed air are mainly adsorption dryer and freeze dryer. What is the difference between a freeze dryer and an adsorption dryer?
1. Differences in how they work
Based on the principle of freezing and dehumidifying, the cold and dry machine cools the saturated Compressed air from the upstream through heat exchange with the refrigerant to a certain dew point temperature, condensing out a large amount of liquid water, and automatically discharging it out of the machine after being separated by a gas-liquid separator, in order to achieve the purpose of water drying. The drying machine is based on the principle of pressure swing adsorption, will come from the upstream of the saturated Compressed air under a certain pressure through contact with the desiccant, will most of the water adsorbed in the desiccant, dry air into the downstream work, to achieve the goal of deep drying.
2. Difference in dehydrating effect
Because of the principle of the freeze-dry machine, if the temperature is too low, the phenomenon of ICE, so its dew point temperature is usually 2 ~ 10 °C. Dry Machine is not through the temperature change, and the desiccant (alumina) can be deep drying, so usually its outlet dew point temperature can reach-20 °c below, that is, can achieve deep drying.
3. Differences in energy loss
For the cold-dry machine, because through the refrigerant compression can achieve cooling purposes, so in power will be on the high side. As long as the dryer through the electronic control box on the valve to control it, so usually only a few tens of Watts of power, that is, there will be no power loss.
4. Difference in air loss
Because the cold-dry machine is through the temperature change to achieve in addition to water, water is through the automatic drainage machine, so there is no loss of air. The Dryer is due to desiccant in the water after the need for regeneration, because some need to have about 12-15% of the regeneration gas loss.
