Carbon borne purification plant

Description:

At a certain temperature, carbon reacts with the residual oxygen in nitrogen to produce carbon dioxide. The carbon dioxide and water are removed by pressure swing adsorption process.
After purification, the purity of nitrogen is more than 99.99% , the content of carbon dioxide is less than 4 PPM, and the content of oxygen is less than 3 PPM.

1. Good stability, oxygen content is strictly controlled below 5 PPM 
2. The purity of nitrogen is higher than 99.99% 
3. Low Moisture content, nitrogen dew point ≤-40 ~-73 °C
