The application principle of the curing agent is the use of high molecular polymer particle technology, and the long-term copolymerization chain will form a durable waterproof semi-flexible solid matrix structure after contacting the soil, changing the nature of soil expansion and water absorption, making the soil permanent solidification, which conforms to the golden rule of soil solidification. This effect makes the structure layer built with soil as the raw material have higher strength in the early stage, stable growth in the later stage, and extremely strong water resistance. Therefore, it can fundamentally improve the tightness of road construction, solve the problems of road embrittlement, cracking, and frosting, extend the life of the roadbed, and open up a new way for the application of natural soil in road engineering.

Compared with the performance of traditional materials, the new soil curing agent has the following characteristics: stronger compressive strength and water resistance, and the unconfined compressive strength of mixtures of different proportions can reach 2.5-15.4MPa for 7 days. The strength of the stone stabilized material is equivalent, and the deflection value can also reach the standard of water stability.

The solidified soil is more low-carbon and environmentally friendly. It can digest the spoil and silt generated by the project on the spot, reducing the amount of materials such as gravel and gravel soil, and the construction speed is fast, which greatly reduces the overall cost of the project.

The soil curing agent produced by the company has passed the identification of the National Center for Disease Control and Inspection. The material itself is non-toxic and harmless, will not pollute the environment, and the land restoration is more convenient. Compared with traditional inorganic bonding materials, after the solidified soil is used as a temporary road, it can be directly used for re-cultivation after being broken by ordinary machinery.
